Import model in ECTR from Creo DType Error

I am trying to import an assembly that has a few subassembly's within it. Some of the assembly files have skeleton parts in them. When importing, ECTR does not recognize all of the skeleton parts DType's and I can not add them in.

I have ECTR 5.1 and PTC Creo Parametric 3.0 M100.

Is there any solution for this?

Hello Allison,

skeleton parts are supported by the SAP ECTR and the SAP ETCR interface to PTC Creo.

The described behavior has not been reported to us so far.

We recommend to open a customer incident on SAP support portal.
