Hi Experts,

I have configured some locations under spro>Enterprise Structure>Definition> Logistics-General>Define Location

However I am not able to see the locations defined over here in nwbc.

I have tried the option of import Locations from PM but have not been able to succeed.

Please suggest what needs to be done.

Dear Ajay

did you execute the report as mentioned here:

Locations - Risk Assessment (EHS-MGM-RAS) - SAP Library

1.) You can use report R_EHFND_LOC_MIGRATE_WA to migrate work areas from the existing SAP solution for managing environment, health, and safety into locations in SAP EHS Management.

or did you use option as described here (assuming this one)

Importing Locations from PM - Risk Assessment (EHS-MGM-RAS) - SAP Library

May be there is an access problem so that you can not display the locations imprted.

Dear Ajay

Check whether PM Integration is maintained or not ...Go to SPRO>SAP EHS Management>Foundations of EHS Management>integration>Specify Destination for Integration.. in that select Plant maintenance and maintain the RFC Destination of Plant maintenance SAP Client information..Take basis help in this. (refer below screen shot)

Then go to Location ,under that click Activate the PM Integration for Locations(refer below screen shot)

once completion of above said customizations,  go to NWBC and check again , in case if you dont know the Technical Object name of Equipment , under description field give the description of equipment and then search. once you find the equipment then you can insert it in your location structure.

You will need to activate PM integration for location (what Balajee has mentioned).

In addition to that, check whether if functional location exist or not in your system (t-code: IL03). This is actually pulling data that in maintained in SAP PM.

If everything is right, just put * in description or technical object, it should show up all functional location available in your system. After that you can select which location you want to import.
