IHS Safety Measures Status Change

Hi all,

Is there any option to revert the status change made to a safety measure task, for example to reset the status as Task Released from the Task completed, this is needed if the implementation of the measure is not satisfactory. We are not using any Notifications in our scenario.

HI Praveen,

This is not possible to change the statuses at safety measure level. (especially in SAP Standard).

The safety measures functionality, we are dealing from - either Incident/ Accident log (or) work area.

In both the cases, the menu bar is meant for Incident/ Accideent lof (or) Work area. not related to the safety measures.

only the option is to ignore that particular safety measure (or) delete the same and go for a new one.

As kamal said its not possible to change the status of the safety measures once completed.

But i would like to add one point if we are not satisfied with safety measure taken, we can we can make it Not Successful during the effectiveness check.

Once this is set you can open a new safety measure for the risk identified.
