Has anybody configured their SAP system for automatically creating an IDoc when a Production Order is released for execution? Thanks.

Sure...create an enhancement PPC00007 "Exit when saving an order (header fields)". Include the program 'RCCLORD' in the function exit along with the selection parameters. An ABAP programmer can make it easy for ya!
