HI Krishna,
The password for the user that runs the WWI service is incorrect / no longer valid or the user that runs the service is not existing any more.
This is not WWI specific - but a general windows server issues....

please read WWI cookbook. the Windows user (which must be used for WWi) must have the correct Access rights. This could be as well a potential reason.
