HSMR01: Error when generating a change number

Hi,

a colleague gets the error message hsm_fill050 ("Error when generating a change number for &1") when she tries to fill the hazardous substance master with hsmr01.

If I do it for the same material, everything is fine. So I assume, that there is a problem with the granted roles / rights.

Any hint is appreciated.

if it is aN "access" issue user should use transaction "SU53". May be check:

Normally there is no need to use a change number in context of HSM filling; this "option" is used more in context of DG filling; and normally the system does not generate the change number but you need to prepare it by yourself (in context of CG02 as an example).
