How to upload data into PLM recipe

Hello All,

Have to mass upload recipe(PLM Module) details in SAP system and it will show front end system(Fiori app) this is webdynpro app.

Is there any BAPI or FM or what is process to upload data . Functional consultant said there is no tcode in sap to create recipe and hey will use Fiori app to create recipe. Please help me on this
