How to trigger tag for "REWORK QUANTITY" from DM to ERP

Hi experts,

I am trying to send rework quantity from SAP DM to ERP. As we can see in the below screenshots, there is a section in ERP for "confirmed rework" and we also have a tag for "rework" on the DM side in the payload for "Production order yield confirmation":

Scenarios Tested:

1. NC logging and moving to disposition > completing order in the rework operation
2. NC logging and moving to disposition > completing order in the original operation
3. NC logging and moving to disposition > completing order in the original operation + component assembly at the end
4. Before order release in DM, assigning normal op activities and setting it as rework > then processing the order.

In the 3rd scenario the payload mentioned before was seen. But the tag for rework is still sending the value "false". 

Question: How to send the tag rework as true so that it gets reflected in ERP? Any help will be valuable.
