how to set default revision level of document info record in SAP ECTR to "NA" or "-"

hi,

I am new to SAP ECTR - Solidworks.

having difficulties to assign the Revision Level of DIR ie., Drawing in solidworks to "NA" or "-" without change number.

currently have the workflow with change number will revise and display the Revision Level in the drawing but some already existing drawing in solidworks the revision level tab in table of content is blank.

need to set the blank by NA or "-" as default

Hi Bharath,

revision level is only available together with a Change Number.

You can use the field version, where you can define a version like "-". Se customizing transaktion DC10:
