How to save long text for custom field in EHSM?

Hi All,

In Incident creation screen, i need to add custom long text field.  I am able to do the same but data is not saving.

Please help me on this.

The class is updating standard long text fields. But how to update the custom long text fields.

Hi Gangesh,

You have to update the table /BOBF/D_TXCCON, /BOBF/D_TXCROOT and /BOBF/D_TXCTXT

along with the custom field updated in BINFA table.

Pls check this class - CL_EHHSS_INC_D_TEXT_COLLECTION and Method - WRITE_BASIC_INFO_ALL and READ_BASIC_INFO_ALL.
