How to remove the "All Seeing Eye with a Q" from the SAP QE51N screen?

I would like to remove the "All Seeing Eye with a Q" from the SAP QE51N screen.    Would really appreciate some guidance on how that is done in the GUI and FIORI S/4 if possible.

Set your user profile parameter ID QEWBLOGO as blank to your list of parameter IDs.
