How to remove Serial No error in Inspection lot posting

Hi,

We have a Pending Inspection lot created on 29.12.2021 with inspection type 04 ( Production Order ) Stock Posting & UD not made. Now mistakenly serial no profile assigned to this material on 18.02.2022. So, when we try to clear inspection lot we are getting "Only 0 serial numbers entered instead of 1 IO 304" this error.

When trying to remove serial no profile on material master we are getting " Serial no already assigned to this material " error.

Kindly help us to clear the pending inspection lot. We have to Post 1nos into Unrestricted stock.

Hi,

This issue has been resolved.

The serial no previously assigned was Stock check as Inconsistencies in Stock data which doesn't allow to clear Pending lot. I changed to different serial no profile with Stock check as No stock validation and cleared the pending lot ( Stock posted to unrestricted and UD made as accepted). And reassigned the original serial no.
