How to remove change request field from manage task in SAP EHSM Incident Management

In SAP EHSM how to remove change request from manage task. I want to remove this as we are not using this functionality.

You should delete the entire entry:

- Inc. Adapter | CREATE_CHANGE_REQUEST | Change Request

Please find the customizing activity "Specify Available Task Types for Business Objects" in transaction SPRO.

Feel free to remove all entries with Type Type "CREATE_CHANGE_REQUEST".

Thankyou for your reply but I already did the same but its still change request is showing.

Shall I completely delete this field.
