How to modify mdb file for rules to work for two different sets of CAS number

Is there a way to achieve this without modifying a rule logic and through MDB file ? one at > 1 % threshold and other at > 2 % to do calculation

not sure what you are looking for. For some rules the "limit" (whatever limit as stored on component level) is of interest. That means: only if CAS number > 1 %: take this CAS number in account for calculation

This "limit" can change (because regulation change). If this can be considered in "MDB" file or in "rule". Not sure
