Hi all.
In the PPM portfolio authorization use case I would like to discuss - two types of users are involved; managers and project leaders.
Both have ACL-roles on bucket level from which the managers inherit admin-rights and the project leaders authorization 'None'.
Managers assign (via Miscellaneous>Authorizations) project leaders to the portfolio items they are to work with (as admins) resulting in that the project managers can see “their” projects in (my) item dashboard.
So far so good except for one thing; when the managers afterwards look in the Miscellaneous>Authorizations tab of the portfolio items they have processed they can’t see the assignments done.
This can be remedied by giving the managers ACO_SUPER rights but this also overrides the ACL logic which it not what we want.
So in summary; how can we make the managers see the assignments done in the Miscellaneous>Authorizations tab without giving them ACO_SUPER?

Hi Anders,
Check SAP KBA 1888882 regarding this issue.
Add authorization object S_USER_GRP with activity (ACTVT) "Display" (03) to your managers.
Best Regards,
Brendan
