Any change created in Solman should require UAT Approver as PERSON_NAME, in all the normal changes UAT approve filed is empty for all CHARM which are imported into production for example PHONE_NUMBER

The below KBA shows opposite scenario, if the field is not marked as mandatory in webui configuration but if the partner function should through an error if the field is not maintained with the partner name. You can set the minimum as "1" for the partner function which need to be filled mandatory by following below steps from the KBA.
