How to integrate WBS element with EHS

Hi Experts,

I am working in a tyre manufacturing industry where we create WBS elements in our project. Work on many of these WBS elements is initiated one we get environmental, statutory and other legal approvals. Kindly suggest is there is a way we can integrate EHS approval on WBS elements?

We are on S4 HANA 1709.

Kindly suggest.

What kind of EHS approval you have in mind?

A WBS element is representing a "project" item. and in most cases is used only to allocate the work to be done on the project

an "approval" of a WBS element is not linked to EHS. I am not the WBS guy but I believe you can use same status net to "release" on WBS element. So EHS organisation can check the WBS element and can "release" it (at least change the status)

BUt as stated: it is very commong that a WBS element is "allocating" costs (which might be reallocated by whatever reasons). So the "release" of the WBS element is one part of some story
