How to increase the Downtime Reporting (System rule maintenance) for more than 10 days?

Hello,

I have a requirement that the downtime is recorded for days before the 10-day period. The maximum limit you can set in the system rule maintenance is 10 days or less. Is there a way to increase this limit?

It is not possible out of the box.

But you can try to change it directly in SYSTEM_RULE_SETTING table for 'SystemRuleBO:ALLOWED_DOWN_LIMIT_PAST'. Not sure it does not crash any GUI but worth a try.

Thank you for the reply the setting is in the SYSTEM_RULE_VALID_SETTING table. Not yet sure if adding a new row will work but will try and let you know.
