How to handle rejection process during production? Can anyone please explain any process how to handle this in SAP

Hi Raja,

Please post your requirement in detail.

In production process, apart from the quality module, you can post the scrap qty in confirmation process(CO11N) and generate the same qty as by-product.

Hi Raja shekher,

As for my knowledge you can do this by activating inspection type 04 - gr form production, you can do quantity posting for the the usage decision .

my client dont have Quality management.and 04 inspection is used for goods receipt for production order.
