How to get the selected root cause into WWI report

Dear experts,

I am in the process of creating new template for Incident Management. In incident management we have Root Cause hierarchy.

Now i need to capture that root cause into my WWI report .

Is there any way to get it?

Pls guide me

Hi Laxman,

There is no standard report symbol for root causes, you need to create a custom  parameter symbol to have it on WWI report. You need to start from table CCIHC_RCTREE to get the right value and pass it to symbol.
