How to get Incident dashboards and Multidimentional Incident Reports in EHSM-5.0. Incident management

Hello

Could you please guide, how to get all the report in incident management like Incident dashboards and Multidimentional Incident Reports in EHSM-5.0. Incident management. I have attached a screen shot where it gives the link for the report. But its not coming out as set up is not there. I wanted to those set up. Could you please help me here.

Now I am able to generate investigation report only. How can I generate Incident initial and closer report?

Dear Partha ,

You need to activate the data extractors for BI and establish RFC links to BI and BO servers

For dashboards, the following system requirements also apply:

SAP NetWeaver 7.0 including enhancement package 2 (SP04)

SAP NetWeaver 7.0 BI Content Add-On 5

Extension for SAP NetWeaver 7.02 BI Content Add-On 5

The connection between the ABAP back end and the BI system must be configured as a secure connection

with single sign on. Otherwise, the user will be prompted to log in and the navigation context is lost.

To run embedded analytics, you need to order the necessary SAP BusinessObjects software. See SAP Note
