How to find the Log history in sap ppm

In SAP PPM how to find the last changes of the particular object history. is there any possible table to find the changes for the task, phase like CN60 t-code in Project systems.

On a Portfolio Item look on the Miscellaneous then Change Documents tab, provided you have configured change documents.
