is there any FM to know that file user is trying to upload in CV01N is protected or not editable?

Are "Protected" and "Not Editable" two features of SAP DMS?

maybe the method FILE_GET_ATTRIBUTES of class CL_GUI_FRONTEND_SERVICES can help here.
