How to do mass change in Equipment master? Need to change the vendor in General Tab

Hi Guys,

Please advise if anyone knows how to change the vendor in General tab of equipment for like 100 Equipments.

Kevin,

I'm assuming you mean in the SAP back-end using IE02 - if so, then for future reference; you will get a better response if you also tag your posts with: PLM Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)/Plant Maintenance (PM).

In the standard system the vendor is not shown on the General tab in IE03. Can you send an image of this data please.

Dear Peter,

From the attached screenshot you can see that Vendor info is blank, Assume that i have like 100 equipment's where vendor field are blank . But now i need to update them with vendors. So my question is how can we do the mass vendor update of different equipment's.

Is it possible to do ? if so how in front end. I don't have any access to backend as I am front end user.

Hi Kevin

You can ask your ABAP consultant to make BDC program to update or you can use LSMW & make template to update Equipment.
