The Cloud ALM (CALM) DB consumption is steadily growing due to monitoring data collection that was activated.
How to retain all this data by purchasing additional DB storage or define a housekeeping approach and erase historical data?

Hello,
1) To identify the Cloud ALM application that is using the most DB HANA size, please refer to the following KBA: ##3432729 - How to Monitor SAP Cloud ALM Memory Usage
2) After that, you can consult the following guide, which will help you adjust the housekeeping for each application: https://support.sap.com/en/alm/sap-cloud-alm/operations/expert-portal/housekeeping.html
3) If you require more memory, you have the option to subscribe to SAP Cloud ALM, tenant extension. This service provides an additional SAP Cloud ALM tenant with 8 GB of SAP HANA memory and 8 GB of monthly outbound API data transfer. For more information, please refer to the guide on Getting Additional SAP Cloud ALM Tenants.
Best regards
