How to deactivate the ISBD status in projects?

Good afternoon,
I would appreciate it if someone has presented the problem that the PREE status Insufficient budgeting is activated in the projects and despite the fact that a budget is assigned, the availability control is deactivated by the CJBW and reactivated by the CJEN, the status remains and does not allow the project budget to be controlled.

Hi, 

If post running the transactions CJBW, CJBN & CJEN you still have an issue with budgeting, then it seems to be a bug. raise an OSS to get it checked by SAP product team.
