How to create Phrase sets for Exclude Characteristics from Phrase Set Assignment

Hi All

I have a question regarding the phrase sets which were not generated while using the functionality 'create phrase sets' and later identified as they are part of the list of 'Exclude Characteristics from Phrase Set Assignment' characteristic. For this few characteristics the phrase sets are not generated even though the characteristics are with charc 30 format.

Now I want to use these characteristics by inserting phrase set which the system will unfortunately not allow if i try to create it manually. Besides I am not sure of the impact it may have if I create and assign any Z PHRASE SET.

What should be the best approach for using this. I want to assign phrases here and thus need phrase sets. Is there any process where we can generate standard phrase set starting SAP. Normally what is the practice adopted.

after a small research: "'Exclude Characteristics from Phrase Set Assignment'" somes with some "Enhancemetn package" etc. Never get in touch with this.

My "simple" story would be:

If SAP_EHS_1010_001_PHONE and SAP_EHS_1010_001_NAME are or type "CHAR30" i assume that these are listed in "'Exclude Characteristics from Phrase Set Assignment'"; so if you remove this you should be able to go with "phrase set" approach.

Never investigated as this is new for me.
