How to create disposal document

Hi,

I'm exploring for the first time the Waste Mgmt of EHS module and I have a problem when I try to create a disposal document:

I know that I should insert in this part of customizing the program or dynpro, but I don't know I could obtain program or dynpro... Can you help me?

Hi Angelo

Add the below details  field wise and check again

1) Give the Detailed Description  of ANNEX in "Disp.Doc.type desc." field

2) Programme Name : SAPLEHSWA_220

3) Screen No. tab Disp :1000

4) Scr.no.linear : 1001

5) Unit of Measure : what is the units for Handled waste (For Example : Tons :TO)

6) Int. number range : 01

7) Ext. number range:02

😎 Validity Area : in which country you are handled this document (For Example :USA :US)

9) IntNoRNG.trnsReg.no : 03

10) Prefix Transreg No : ANNX

11) Int.no.range reg no. :  01

12) Temp Storage role : WAA130

Apart from above Maintain check mark for all remaining fields in your customization screen and maintain the generation variant of the Document .

Hi Angelo,

First, into 'Specify Screen Selection for Disposal Documents'

All these dynpros belong to function group 'EHSWA_220', witch program name is SAPLEHSWA_220, the program that you have linked with your document type.

Second, into 'Specify Screen Control for Each Disposal Document Type'

This coukd be a configuration, but if you need to control Dangerous goods you must include dynpro 1021, if there is a temporal storage facility the dynpro 1106.

The Disposal document status is defined in this point

The values for the status are:

• ABERR - Deviation amount
• ARCH - Archived
• CAN - Cancel -
• ICON_CANCEL
• CHK - Checked -
• ICON_CHECK
• COMPL - Data completed
• NEW - New -
• ICON_CREATE
• PRF - Print failed
• PRN - Printed -
• ICON_PRINT
• TEMPL - Template
• TOUT - Time exceed
• ed - ICON_DATE

I can't remember the rest of the icons.

And the assigment i the following:

ANNEX - ABERR

• Position: 6
• Previous status:
• COMPL, NEW, PRN

ANNEX - ARCH

• Position: 8
• Previous status:
• CHK

ANNEX - CAN

• Cancel: Checked
• Position: 9
