How to cover Underdelivery cases between ERP and SAP ME

Hi Experts,

is somebody who can explain (best practice: e.g. SFC Qty Adjustment...) how you are handling underdelivery cases between SAP ERP and SAP MES system?

Is there any possibility in case the update is done on SAP MES side to send this update to ERP system?

Currently in case we want to do directly on ERP side we are blocked in SAP MII with follow error:

Hi Sergiy,

thank you for quick reply but I didn't find any relevant information for me in the link. Do you know maybe if it is possible to use Collaboration Link maintenance in SAP MES to trigger the changes from SAP MES to ERP (e.g. Shop order Qty)? Or is for us SAP ERP always "leading system"?

Integration of Shop Order definition goes only from ERP to ME so it is expected that ERP is in charge of all config for orders. Thus you need to foresee underdelivery as a tolerance factor from the very beginning of order import.
