How to change Material and Serial Number in Equipment master

Once equipment is saved Material and Serial number fields are disabling and not allowing to change the material and serial number.

Try with below steps:

1. Access app 'Change Material Serial Number', if you cannot find the app, search for the app in Fiori Library and add according business roles to your user;

2. Fill in material and serial number of the equipment, press Enter;

3. Select Menu-->Edit-->Special serial no. functions-->Change material number;

4. Fill in new material number, click Continue;

5. Click Save and verify.
