How to Aprove xMII Software to Download

Hi All

We have little problem and i hope you can help us.

We have to install the xMII 12 in a customer, and we’re having a lot of problems trying to download de software, we have a valid oss account, and the correct sca file it’s in the download basket with aprove requested status.

Now the documentation says that we have to use de Maintenance Optimizer of de Solution Manager in order to aprove the download. So we create a new Active Solution on the Solution Manager and try to assign the xMII 12 logical component, but we can’t select SAP XMII on the logical component list because have no entry’s; and we are not able to create the SAP xMII logical component.

I would look at the wiki for xMII. In the Guides and Guidelines section, there is an Installation guide for 12.0 which I believe is available now only through Services Marketplace. There was some good information on basic issues for doing an installation of 12.0 including NetWeaver and Solutions Manager.

This is a managed process that can only be resolved by the Service Marketplace group - have you raised an issue with them?
