How to add detail descriptions for custom Value Assignment Type in sap ehs?

As attached screen shot, I am looking for option to add descriptions (definitions, procedure, notes)for Custom VAT? Any advice, very much appreciated!

The Help with Property Texts come from the SAP Long Text tables. For standard Help with Property Texts, we copy the text from Client 000 with Transaction QCYT (Copy Long Text from Client 000 for Class 100) using Object Name KLAT and Text Name starting with "100"

Find the standard Help with Property Texts in the SAP Long Text tables and use the same format.

Use the standard SAP Long Text Function Modules to store your custom text.
