How to add custom tabs in SAP EHSM Incident Management ?

Hi Colleagues!

I would like to know the procedure in adding the new custom tabs in SAP EHS Management.Please help me with the step by step procedures.My requirement is to add a custom tab and have a comment box in that screen.
