normally the set up is different. As "SDS" is a legal document "any" relevant customer will get it (and not a sublist of all customers)
For SDS disptachment. there are very "special" condiition tables (and other extension options) available to solve this demand. But bever heard about this demand. Normally "any relevant" customer is getting MSDS/SDS.
Why do you need this option?
