Does anyone has experience working on DG rule output and what are the pre-requisite or input datas needed before we run the rule so that DG rule runs successfully .

as you have bought the rule: teh topic of: what are the pre-requisite or input datas needed before we run the rule so that DG rule runs successfully " should be explained in the documentation of the rule set. This is quite standard (to write down pre requisites etc.)
