how can i down load docs in http://scn.sap.com/doc/DOC-33703

I use to be able to just click on the link http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-33703. and be able to see the docs.

now I cannot see any of the document in http://scn.sap.com/docs.

is the link been change or move or what did i do wrong ? please help.
