We need to keep tracking of all modifications done on our task lists. We are using the task lists for our maintenance group. The task list explain what have to be done by the mechanicals, electricians and plumbers. We need to keep the content of all task list version to see what has been changed previously. I would like to know if IA15 can be used to have access to all previous task list and for how long the previous task list are recorded. If not, witch transaction can be used? Attached, this is an example of our task list.We would like to see previous versions of our task list.
