Hide standard Cprojects tab u201CResourcesu201D thru SPRO configuration.

Hi,

I want to hide the u201CResourceu201D and u201CAccountingu201D tab in Cprojects initial view.

We are using offline application to create roles so we want hide these tabs?

Is it configurable thru SPRO?

Can some one helps me in this configuration, I am new to Cprojects.

Hi,

Not sure about the Resource tab, yes but the Accounting tab can be hidden by the following settings

SPRO - Collaboration Projects - Structure - Define Project Types- in the project type detail screen under Accounting Integration header, select the drop down values as No integration

Thanks for your reply.

If i mark as "no integration" then there is no integration with PS systems, flag for transfer - status is not appearing in cprojects.

I just want make as "no display" for particular project type "Pricing"

The said configuration are Project type specific.

You can do it for your project type Pricing

Hi,

I wanted to do "Easy Cost Planning" for my project type "Pricing".

If i select "No integration" then data will not get updated in COSS tables....etc.

So i want to retain the functionlity of " Resourcing and accounting" but user interface needs to be changed.

Hi Beula,

If you wish to hide the tabs from UI, just right click the mouse on the tab and select hide tab "accounting" from user settings.

You can also select option more from user settings and select the tabs to be hidden.

Then push the button "usersettings" (near save-button) a window is opened use button "save" to save the settings.

This will hide the tabs when you login again.

To view the tabs again goto user settings and select the tabs to be shown.

Thanks for the Information.

I want to hide the tab based on the project type choosen by the user.

Is it possible to give any conditions? Now it is hided for every project type.

Hi Beula,

As of now you cannot hide tab accounting for a particular project type by customizing unless you set the accounting integration as no integration. From UI you can do this as mentioned earlier.

There is a BAdi DPR_DETAIL_TAB_CTR, but not sure if it solves your reqirement.
