Healt protocol

Hi gurus, I am new in SAP EHS. How can I add manually a health surveillance protocoll to persons? By Ehs --> Occupational health --> Schedule Planning --> Planning Cockpit, it is not possible to assign a health protocol to persons, because the system doesn't find the tables and Protocols in add function, even though the protocols are been activeted.

Hi Mikelel,

Ensure that the Protocol is in Active state. Once it is Active, please follow the following steps to assign protocol to the persons:

1. Go to Planning Cockpit

2. Perform a Person search and select whether the person is an Employee, Applicant or External person

3. Select the person and click on "Add to Planning List" icon

4. Now, select the person and go to "Assign Health Surveillance Protocol" option

5. Now browse the Protocol category, your protocol number, exam type and provide the next due date

6. You will see that the protocol will be assigned to the Person.

7. You can also Activate the De-activate the protocol assignments
