GR for refurbishment order SAP

Hi Experts,

Please I need to understand with detail this sentence " A goods receipt is posted against a refurbishment order but NOT against a repair maintenance order ", it's not clear for me because from maintenance order we can perform also GI and GR for a part after repair,

Because the item is against an operation, e.g. PO has an account assignment of F the GR is for the external processing at the operation level not inventory, there could be a second operation such as inspection or even another external operation. IW8W against the Refub order will then pull the item into stock.

To do the GR from vendor and GR from Refub. Order in one transaction this can be done via ADSUBCON.
