goods issue on DMC

Hello,Experts

We would like to know DMC customization and knowledge for internal project about creating DMC environment.My environment is not connecting ERP now and only testing DMC only based on starter kit Data.

My Questions are followings:

#1.Can I use Goods issue / Goods consumption PlugIn without connecting production order from ERP ?

※ SAP Help or Support Pages only say the cases connecting production order from ERP, so I would like to know other cases..

#2.If question #1 is Yes, How app or cusomising parameters can control the function of Goods issue and Goods consumption ?

I made order, do with Operations, and SFC Status is all "Done" but I check Manage Floor Stocks app and can not find component Inventries change.I understand goods Issue / goods Receipt PlugIn can increase / decrease floor stocks, so I asume my data do not increase inventries.
Though When Finished product is manufactured, would Compornets are issued automatically ?
