Hi,
usually we are using label printers in our sites and we print sequential numbers generated by the Zebra printer (ZPL coding) but one sites wants to print their labels on Xerox laser office printers. Any idea how you can print sequential numbers on an office printer??
Kind regards, Michael

Dear Michael
any printer does have a "hardware" and "software" part. Any printer use a "language" (or can use more than one) to process prints.
I can not judge the options for "Xerox" (and how to compare that to Zebra)
BUt i would really assuem that WWI (and the used print drivers) and the hardware/software used in the Xerox printer can support "sequential numbering"
I could not finnd "similar" threads. Only this very basci one: https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/3873755
