GLM: Printer configuration

Hi all,

At the time to print a label with SAP GLM solution, I would like to know how to proceed to check and / or change my printer configuration.

For example, I am using the same printer for my A4 color labels and my A5 black & white labels. I don't know how to indicate to GLM to use or not color option and to use the wright drawer of my printer in the GLM print tool.

Hello Ludovic,

The GLM printer tool does not offer an option for a printer tray.

You can try to find an option for a default tray in your printer driver. Then install the same printer twice on your local pc.

- "A4 color labels"

- "A5 black & white labels"

E.g. maintain the default tray 1 for the "A4 color labels" printer and maintain the default tray 2 for the "A5 black & white label printer". Within the GLM printer tool you will see both printers now and you are able to select the right printer.
