GLM Label - Decreased Sequential Numbering

Dear Experts,

This is regardign GLM Label.

we have a sequence number on label. now business wants to print the label reverse which means from 6 to 1. So increment giving as -1 as shown below,

but getting below error - Specify Positive Values Only

can anybody guide how to overcome this issue? as it is very common and simple thing business is asking...

Hi Ravi,

negative steps should be possible So this looks like a bug in the new GLM solution. I suggest you create an incident with SAP support so this can get fixed.

Do you mean - "negative steps should not be possible"

Moreover, EHS user is saying that, he has been using negative number till last month...

Hi Ravi,

no I meant that you really should be able to enter negative values there.
I know that it worked in the past. The change probably came with a new SP.
