Getting Scheduled Dates and Actual Dates of order at a specific workcenter

I am very new to SAP and have what I think may be a difficult task for a beginner.
I am looking to use the transaction COOIS (or any similar transaction) to get the scheduled start, scheduled finish, actual start, actual finish at each operation for a particular production order. Any tips or guidance would help immensely!
