Getting SAP ME error while adding Non-BOM components to a SFC through As-Built Configuration.

Hello All,

I am trying to add Non-BOM component to a SFC through As-Built configuration but i am getting the below error:

com.sap.me.frame.domain.RequiredValueValidationException: class com.sap.me.productdefinition.BOMComponentRequestbomRef (Message 16061).

The above error is triggered when i try to complete the SFC.

check system rule in ME for "Allow Non-BOM Components on Add" is True or false.

Hello Dibyadeep,

If you get the exception on Complete, it means that you provided all required Data values, As-Built Configuration has no error and you can see the assembled Non-BOM Component, right?

What hooks do you have configured and enabled on Pre_Complete at the Operation / Resource / Router Step and what and their activity rules? What version of ME?
