Generation Server License

Hi All,

I am a bit confused regarding the licensing requirement for generation server installation and WWI reports generation. Following is my understanding on the subject. Please verify it.

From ECC 5.0 onwards, there is no separate licensing requirement for EH&S solution, as it is now part of the ECC suite. But, if there is requirement of report generation through WWI which uses specification database, then generation server needs to be installed. This calls for a separate license. Hence, for MSDS & SOP creation, generation server is required for report creation through WWI. But, for accident report, waste manifest and any other report which doesn't use specification database, generation server is not required and hence no separate license.
