Dear EHS Experts,
May I know please who among you have successfully installed WWI generation server having ECC 6.0 and using the sap 7.30 log on (final release)? I believe the WWI installer varies depending on ECC number, sap log on version and Window OS (e.g. vista, window 7, etc) the business is using.
Thanks in advance.
Kind regards,
Mark

Hi Mark,
there is a one and only WWI Version. It is just offered at different spots on the SMP.
OK there is a difference between 32bit and 64 bit version, but that's all.
No dependency on Windows Version or Word Version.
Just check the compatibility table in note 568302, or simply use the latest WWI SP.

Christian

Dear Mark,
I have installed the WWI server using ECC 6.0 and sapgui 7.30 which is working fine perfectly.
Only way to sort out the issue is to uninstall the services you have been running and reinstall them by following the WWI Cookbook. Dont be in a hurry. Follow each step by step, if you come across any SAP notes in between, follow them as well. U need to have some patience in fixing out the issue.

Dhinesh

Dear Dhinesh,
Thank you for your comment. Right now I'm using Windows 7 home premium and there is a missing options that is only available in professionals and ultimate. Just to confirm which windows edition are you using. Is it also home premium or higher? In addition, did you download the same file name indicated in the attached screenshot? I am using MS word 2007.
Thanks much!
Kind regards,
Mark
