FPM - Making some fields a Mandatory

Hi..We have enhanced the 'Manage Incidents' app in the SAP EHS module and added some custom fields in the app.

One of the requirement is to make some of the fields as soft mandatory, so I did the BADI implementation of BADI_RDY_FOR_ACT_INC_CLOSE and added checks if the said fields are mandatory or not and giving error messages. The requirement is not to make the fields mandatory using configuration is because the Business users want to navigate among the tabs and Save even if the mandatory fields are not filled up in a tab.

Now my question is, is there any way to display the red asterisk in the label of the Mandatory fields?
