Format changes required in BOL(bill of lading)

Hello Experts,

I am facing issue in BOL (bill of lading) document with the text, the text is not printing in correct sequence for few of the deliveries, however it is working fine for the rest.

Could someone suggest what could be the possible reasons?

Correct sequence -

UN2734, AMINES, LIQUID, CORROSIVE, 708.000 KG 931.728KG

FLAMMABLE, N.O.S. (CYCLOHEXYLAMINE,

DIETHYLAMINOETHANOL, MORPHOLINE) Class 8,

(3), PG II,

Tri-ACT® 1825

Incorrect sequence -

SODIUM HYDROXIDE SOLUTION 280.000 KG 300.160KG

Class 8, UN1824, PG II

Dear Mayank

this printing is very company specific. First guess would be: does the difference come up depending on sales organisation? To make it short. you need to analyse which print routine is assigned to which process; after that you need to dig deeper in the "forms" as used if the sequence is the same etc.
